VDA established the Denver office in 2016 to provide elevator consulting and design services to develop the firm’s growing client base in the state of Colorado. With projects in Denver to Colorado Springs to the Vail/Beaver Creek in the Mountains, VDA can offer vertical transportation consulting service wherever we are needed.
The office provides full design and engineering services for new and modernized vertical transportation equipment, Maintenance Quality Control Evaluations/Maintenance Management of existing equipment, Equipment Evaluations and Due Diligence for acquisitions, Maintenance Specifications, RFP’s, and general consulting to assist clients with all areas of vertical transportation.
Our Denver Office is headed by Senior Vice President, James E. Peterlin, the office provides full design and engineering services for new and modernized building transportation equipment and Maintenance Quality Control Evaluations of existing equipment.
James Peterlin has 30 years of managerial leadership, professional experience in elevator and escalator design, modernization of vertical transportation equipment, and maintenance service fulfillment.
Mr. Peterlin responsibilities at VDA include sales growth and new business development at a company level as well as local area management, performance of all phases of Elevator Consulting/Design Services, Quality Control Evaluations, and Maintenance Monitoring. He also writes equipment and maintenance specifications for new and existing vertical transportation equipment and provides construction administration services.. Additionally, he is responsible for supporting and developing business and sales team alignment within the organization.
