Mr. Levins is responsible for vertical transportation design and development of both new and existing structures in multiple jurisdictions. Some of his duties for new construction include performing elevator systems traffic analysis on various building types, design development of construction drawings, developing and executing contract specifications, performing bid analysis and review, performing shop drawing review, and conducting construction site and punch out visits.

Additionally, Mr. Levins is also responsible for conducting existing vertical transportation maintenance and modernization survey evaluations, feasibility studies, bid walkthroughs, assistance with variance processes, and modernization construction site visits and punch outs. He has served as the project manager on multiple major projects and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the elevator industry.
