Jim has an extensive career in elevator Service, Repair, and Modernization. He worked as a Mechanic in the field with Otis Elevator prior to progressing into management with Otis and then TK Elevator, assisting with building successful teams in the elevator industry as well as successfully managing some of the largest Modernization projects in the Southeast US with a strong focus in Florida.
