VDA to Bring Inspection Brands Under One Name
East Hanover, NJ — VDA, a leading provider of vertical transportation consulting and inspection services, has announced plans to bring its family of US inspection brands together under the single VDA name. The change will become effective in early 2027. The move consolidates several regional and local brands that joined the VDA family in recent years into one unified organization, giving customers a single, cohesive point of access to VDA’s inspection and consulting expertise nationwide.
For VDA, the change reflects the scale the company has built over time, growing from a network of respected regional and local firms into a single organization capable of supporting the largest national and international portfolios, while maintaining the local relationships and expertise its customers have always relied on.

Operationally, the change is designed to further connect VDA’s consulting and inspection services into a single, more seamless offering for customers.

Inspection customers will continue to work with the same teams, technical experts, and points of contact they know today. VDA expects to complete the transition to a single, unified brand identity in the first part of 2027, with additional details to follow as the change takes effect.

VDA’s family of brands includes both inspection and consulting brands. The inspection brands are US-based and have joined the VDA family through acquisition since 2020. These inspection brands include Allsafe, Apex, Central, Colorado Conveyance, Dominion, EIS, Encompass RNC, ESIS, Florida CEI, High Sierra, Sierra, Suncoast, Texas QEI, TNT, and 1 Above. VDA has two international brands GUNN, which operates out of Canada, and D2E, which operates out of the UK and India. Both GUNN and D2E will retain their brand names.
