East Hanover, NJ — VDA, a leading provider of elevator and escalator consulting and inspection services, today announced the acquisition of Encompass RNC, a Texas-based vertical transportation consulting and inspection company. Encompass RNC adds to the VDA’s growing presence in Texas, which includes the addition of both Texas QEI and Elevator Safety Inspection Services (ESIS), both that were added to the VDA family recently.
Founded by Brian Stefanik, Encompass RNC has built its reputation around professional, reliable vertical transportation services, including inspections, consulting, project management, safety audits, due diligence, maintenance audits, and related support for residential and commercial customers. The company is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and has more than 40 years of industry experience.
