Theresa Tsamoutalis
Senior Vice President, Inspections
| Ms. Tsamoutalis joined VDA in 2024. She is responsible for overseeing $40 million of recurring revenue and managing a team performing over 110,000 inspections annually.
Prior to joining VDA, she was President of Allsafe Elevator Inspections, one of VDA’s family of inspection companies. She co-founded the company and helped build Allsafe from a start-up to a company earning over $6 million annually. In her role as President, Ms. Tsamoutalis helped lead the inspection business, overseeing all aspects of the operations, including marketing. She implemented a holistic process for third-party inspections (scheduling, inspections, paperwork, and follow-up), driving year-over-year growth in excess of 15%. Ms. Tsamoutalis began her career in the elevator industry in 2006 at Otis Elevator Company as a Project/Account Manager. She oversaw a portfolio of over 600 customers from the Baltimore metro area to the Eastern shore and was a top producer in the Northeast Region. Se worked with architects, general contractors, and building owners on vertical transportation projects ranging from $100,000 to $6.5 million in new equipment. Ms. Tsamoutalis is actively involved in professional affiliations, including Building Owners and Managers (BOMA), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Baltimore Power Group Women Organization, and Chesapeake Area Society of Health Engineering (CASHE). |
