Mr. Hart started with VDA’s Chicago office in 2018. As a senior associate, he was responsible for quality control audits, inspection services, and modernization services. In 2020, Mr. Hart took a role with a major contractor to manage 10 offices in 8 states. 2022 saw Mr. Hart’s return to VDA consulting as an Area Manager for Chicago.

With over 30 years of experience in the elevator industry, starting as an apprentice in 1988. Mr. Hart is well-versed in all areas of vertical transportation. His primary role will include customer retention, new and existing sales of modernization, maintenance, specification review, contractor bid review, and project management.

He is excited to be working with VDA’s professional team in Chicago and grow the consulting business in the Chicagoland area.
