Ms. Carroll joined VDA in 2025. She is an accomplished human resources executive known for building and scaling HR departments, aligning people strategies with business objectives, and driving organizational success through innovative, results-focused solutions. With extensive experience in private equity environments, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership development, Ms. Carroll has led HR functions across multi-state and global operations while fostering high-performance cultures that prioritize engagement, retention, and compliance.

Ms. Carroll holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington and several industry-recognized certifications, including Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Certified Trainer through Achieve Forum/Korn Ferry.
