Clare Duda serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Operations & Legal at VDA, where she oversees how projects, inspections, and consulting services are executed across regions. In this role, Clare acts as a central operational control point, ensuring alignment between regions, project management teams, and corporate functions to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalable growth.

Clare leads the development and standardization of operational processes, with particular focus on scheduling, resource coordination, project workflows, and inspection execution. Through training initiatives, procedural guides, and operational frameworks, she helps ensure VDA’s services are delivered with uniform quality and reliability nationwide.

In addition to customer operations, Clare oversees VDA’s Legal Team, where she is responsible for contract strategy, risk assessment, insurance renewals, claims management, and corporate compliance matters. She works closely with cross-functional leadership to ensure legal, regulatory, and risk considerations translate into practical, executable operational decisions that support both client relationships and business objectives.

Clare plays a key leadership role in guiding and supporting VDA’s Customer Operations Team, contributing to hiring decisions, reporting alignment, coverage planning, and role clarity. Known for her ability to absorb ambiguity and connect complex organizational dynamics, Clare frequently serves as the final point of resolution for issues before executive escalation.

Prior to joining VDA, Clare built a diverse legal background spanning labor and employment law, real estate transactions, regulatory analysis, and litigation support. Her experience includes representing employers and union members, drafting and negotiating real estate agreements, and conducting legal research across a range of civil, regulatory, and compliance matters

Clare earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, with concentrations in Environmental Law, Real Estate, and Land Use. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Diplomacy from Seton Hall University and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
