Bobby Kemple
Senior Vice President, Existing Installation Consulting
Mr. Kemple joined VDA in 2024. He is responsible for overseeing VDA’s existing installation consulting services, including the equipment evaluation, maintenance management, and modernization lines of business.
He began his career in the elevator industry in 2007, working for Otis Elevator Company as a service sales trainee. Over the course of 16 years, Mr. Kemple was promoted into various roles of increasing responsibility with Otis, including Sales Manager of the Boston, MA office, Associate Director/General Manager of the Hartford, CT office, Director/Regional Manager of New England, and finally to Director of Key Accounts, responsible for a $650M sales operation, managing new equipment, modernization, and service sales.
