VERIFY
VERIFY services include:
- Collect, monitor, and analyze data from the service vendor to provide key performance indicators (KPI) reporting and coordinate virtual meetings with client and/or maintenance vendors.
- Review of maintenance compliance and required hours or frequency of visits mandated by the maintenance agreement or industry standards.
- Review all contractor-submitted invoices and billable repair proposals to verify alignment with the applicable contractual scope of work and associated billing rates.
- Monitor all devices for inspection due dates, including the types of inspections that are due.
- Monitor inspection status.
- Submit required paperwork and pay the necessary renewal fee to the AHJ.
- Track outstanding violations and follow up with all stakeholders to ensure timely corrections.
- VDA Customer portal access to view performance through custom dashboards and clearly defined reporting metrics.
VDA Customer Portal:

The Customer Portal provides users 24/7 access to their maintenance data, allowing them to track trends and performance. In addition, the portal documents accumulated savings driven by invoice and repair proposal reviews, along with publishing action items and tracking minutes from consistent vendor meetings.
