Station Place

The Station Place project consists of three (3) 10-story office buildings adjacent to Union Station in Northeast Washington, DC. Tenants for this 1.5 million square foot office development include the Securities and Exchange Commission, which occupies 1,070,000 sq. ft (Buildings 1 & 2) as its new headquarters.

VDA provided full consulting services for three (3) escalators, sixteen (16) elevators and one (1) wheelchair lift in Building 1; eight (8) elevators in Building 2; and fifteen (15) elevators in Building 3.
