JP Morgan Chase’s McCoy Center

JP Morgan Chase’s McCoy Center is a landmark facility in greater Columbus. Despite being four stories tall, it is roughly the size of the Empire State Building.

CB Richard Ellis manages the facility and engages VDA to perform a Quality Evaluation every year, which results in a report to the CBRE team and the maintenance provider.  We include face-to-face meetings when requested and follow up the deficiencies report to drive down trouble calls and increase accountability of the maintenance provider.  While the 20+ year old facility has many elevator challenges, the result of the VDA/CBRE/JP-Morgan Chase joint effort is an ever-improving PM and trouble-call situation.

JPMC provides modern, efficient, and green work-spaces to its employees and is currently accomplishing a multi-year US$200 million renovation to include the 31 elevators.  (More importantly, the Starbucks was the busiest of its 25-store district and it will be doubling in size!).  While elevator issues never go completely away, we know their elevator future to be bright and will complement the entire building renovation.
