Four Seasons Hotel & Tower

Standing out among the crowd of the Miami skyline is the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower, which opened in 2003. The 70 Story, 1.8 million square foot Mixed Use tower includes Class A Commercial Office space, retail space, and much of the space belonging to Hotel and Residential units.

VDA first provided services for the survey and evaluation of the existing elevators serving each portion of the building. Upon completion, we provided our client with a report with our findings and recommendations for improvement. Subsequently, VDA is currently providing full consulting services for the modernization and project management of the elevators at The Four Seasons Miami, which include High Rise, Mid-Rise, and Low-Rise elevators. The Project is currently scheduled to be completed in 2023.
