Cayan Tower

Cayan Tower (formerly Infinity Tower)

The 73-story Cayan Tower (formerly Infinity Tower at Dubai Marina) is the first structure of its kind and has a dynamic twisting shape with a full 90-degree twist. Each floor is rotated 1.2 degrees while the building maintains a consistent structural and architectural floor plate throughout its height. The project won the CNBC International Property Award for the Best High Rise Architecture in 2007.

The 1,200,000 sq. ft. tower consists of 456 luxury residential apartments, lofts and penthouses and each unit will have a panoramic view of either Palm Island, the Arabian Gulf, and/or the Marina.

VDA provided services through the construction documents phase for six gearless passenger elevators divided into separate low-rise and high-rise banks, and one (1) gearless service elevator serving all floors.
