VDA established the Orlando, Florida office in 2017 to provide a local staff to assist the firms growing client base in the southeastern U.S.  The Orlando office provides full design and engineering services for new and modernized building transportation equipment and Maintenance Equipment Evaluations of existing equipment.  The diverse experience of the VDA Florida staff is unmatched by any other elevator consulting firm in the State. We truly have the ability to meet any and all of our clients’ needs.

In addition to our Orlando office, VDA has additional resources based in Tampa and Tallahassee, as well as a fully staffed office in Pompano Beach / Miami.

Area Manager – Paul Parios brings over 33 years of industry experience to VDA.  As Area Manager for the State of Florida, he provides complete consulting services for maintenance and modernization of existing vertical transportation equipment as well as installation of new equipment. He can also provide maintenance management, equipment evaluations, specification and contract preparation, multi-phase construction and design administration, as well as project management and oversight coordination.
