VDA established the Los Angeles Office in 2014 to provide elevator consulting services and local staff to assist the firm’s growing client base in the Southwestern U.S. These areas include Los Angeles County, Kern County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, Orange County, San Diego County, San Luis Obispo County, Imperial County, Ventura County, and Santa Barbara County. The office provides full vertical transportation consulting services for design and engineering in new construction and modernization of vertical transportation equipment in existing buildings. Also provided are maintenance quality evaluations and maintenance monitoring and due diligence reviews.
Area Manager, Janice Clavet, joined VDA in 2014 and heads our LA office. Ms. Clavet has more than 26 years of professional experience in the design of elevator and escalator systems for new construction projects, new equipment in existing buildings, and the modernization of vertical transportation equipment. Her responsibilities at VDA include local Area Management, performance in all phases of Vertical Transportation Consulting Design Services, all phases of Vertical Transportation Equipment Modernization, Quality Control Evaluations, Maintenance Monitoring, and Due Diligence Evaluations.
