Expansion of Red Hook Water Front in Brooklyn
Joseph Sitt’s Thor Equities is planning a four-story complex on the waterfront in Red Hook, with more than 600,000 square feet (55,700 square meters) of offices and 23,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. It’s designed by Norman Foster’s Foster + Partners, the architects of London’s Gherkin tower.
VDA will be providing consulting services for the design through construction of two identical office passenger elevator groups, two identical garage passenger elevator groups, and two identical service elevators in this new development.
