About Bill
Mr. Custer joined VDA in 2026 as an Associate based in the Nashville area. His responsibilities include consultation on major repairs, new construction design, modernizations and upgrades, equipment evaluations, maintenance management and inspection services for vertical transportation systems, while managing ongoing projects and developing business in the Nashville area.
He began his career in 1992 with KONE Inc., where he rose to a District Installation Manager handling New Installation and Modernization.
