About Natalia
Mrs. Dolgin joined VDA in 2025 in the Engineering Department at the company’s Headquarters office, bringing over 17 years of experience in the elevator industry. She spent 14 years as an Engineering Manager at both Schindler Elevator Corporation and EPCO, where she led engineering teams and was responsible for product development and new installation design, as well as supporting field operations. Following those roles, she was responsible for service operations at Grand Central Madison (East Side Access), one of New York’s most complex transportation hubs.
Prior to joining VDA, she also worked as a Vertical Transportation Consultant at Gannett Fleming (GFT), where she was involved in project management and coordination, providing design and engineering support for both modernization and new construction projects.
At VDA, Mrs. Dolgin is responsible for vertical transportation design, development, and coordination in both new and existing structures. Her work includes the preparation of construction drawings and specifications, response to RFIs, and review of shop drawings. She also provides consulting services in maintenance contract compliance, modernization planning, equipment evaluations, and project management across a wide range of vertical transportation systems.
She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration.
