Mr. Gould joined VDA in 2026 as a Senior Associate based in the Orlando, Florida area. In this role, he is responsible for supporting client engagements and delivering strategic solutions aligned with VDA’s operational and business objectives.
He began his professional career in 2013 with Konecranes, where he served as Branch Manager for the Memphis, Tennessee market. In 2016, Mr. Gould joined KONE Elevator as a Service Operations Manager, where he led service operations across the Orlando and Jacksonville, Florida markets. His responsibilities included managing regional teams, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring compliance with performance, safety, and quality standards.
