About Joseph
Mr. Henrichs is an Associate based in the Milwaukee area. His responsibilities include consultation services for elevator and escalator maintenance, repair, upgrades, and modernization. He performs inspections and evaluations on existing equipment, along with service contract support. He began his career in 1989 with Westinghouse Elevator Company, where he was an IUEC #15 Elevator Constructor. Later, he worked at Kone, Montgomery, and Northwestern Elevator as a field adjuster and troubleshooter. In 1999 he joined Schindler as a Region Field Engineer, performing that role for over 20 years, then finally leaving as a Field Superintendent of Repairs and Maintenance in 2026.
