About Austin
Mr. Barbre joined VDA in 2022 as an Associate in the Houston, TX office. He started his career in the elevator industry with Schindler Elevator in 2007, working all areas of the trade – construction, service, and modernization. He began his career as a consultant in 2019 with Barbre Consulting, Inc. after holding various positions within Schindler Elevator and Fujitec. He is a Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI), certified by Qualified Elevator Inspector Training Fund (QEITF). Mr. Barbre is involved in code compliance, evaluation, and modernization services.
