Nathan began his consulting career in 2000 with TKE as a helper, eventually moving to Schindler Elevator Corporation where he performed as a service mechanic, later becoming titled District Service Operations Manager. Mr. Jordan is proficient in providing equipment maintenance audits of elevator and escalator systems, providing independent, third-party modernization studies/evaluations, developing elevator modernization specifications, and providing quality control job site surveys and reports for ongoing projects. Mr Jordan has extensive experience providing independent, third-party Property Condition Assessments to ensure that owners understand and are prepared for any/all imminent operational and/or capital expenditures when contemplating the purchase of an asset that includes a vertical transportation system. Nathan also Develops Maintenance Service Agreements, provides VDA’s Clients with independent, third-party consultation regarding storm/flood damage

Remediation provides VDA’s Clients with intermediary services regarding disputes with Elevator Contractors over issues pertaining to existing Service Agreements (i.e., obsolescence, coverage, etc.)
