Mr. Perez started with VDA in August of 2022. Having been on the contractor side for 10 years working at TKE, Schindler and most recently Urban Elevator Chicago. The primary focus of the past ten years has been in sales, where he has had experience selling all lines of business (Mod, maintenance, repair, & some new construction) all in the Chicago market. He has also had experience on the operational side of the business having been a super in the downtown Chicago market for the past 2 years.

Mr. Perez’s role at VDA is to help facilitate sales of VDA’s services with new and existing clients, preparation of modernization, maintenance, & repair specifications, contractor bid reviews, and project management. He is very excited to be here working with such a great team and looks forward to growing VDA’s Sales& presence in the Chicago market.
