Do you know that…

Preventative maintenance and elevator reliability are connected hand and hand. VDA partners with
our clients to have an effective maintenance strategy.

Maintenance monitoring Quality control checks and Full Maintenance Agreement FMA is the process by which
Matt believes he partners with clients to ensure this happens effectively. Real time data is exchanged
between VDA Elevator Consulting, client, and contractor.

Preventative maintenance can help discover issues before problems arise (elevator going
out of service). Predictive maintenance will show signs of the need for repairs if checked regularly.
Without regular monitoring it would be difficult to catch the current state of your elevator asset health.

Ensures equipment is operating as intended and safe for the riding public.

When equipment is properly maintained it effectively extends its useful life expectancy. One example related to
hydraulic elevator equipment includes oil analysis. Elevator riders pickup on vibration and temperature
when their ride condition in the cab is affected by equipment which is not properly maintained.

Work order process can be followed with our clients to ensure proper documentation and procedure of this process.
We believe there is an increased efficiency in having the flexibility to follow our clients work order system.

VDA has over 3,000 Years of Combined Industry knowledge accumulated from our
