Dana Rice possesses a strong technical background that supports all phases of vertical transportation consulting for VDA’s existing clients, including project management, equipment evaluation, specification preparation, and coordination of final punch list evaluation of new and existing projects.

Prior to joining VDA in 2011, Mr. Rice served Otis Elevator Company in several of roles of increasing responsibility including: Service Manager/ Modernization Manager responsible for service operation aspects in relating to safety, technical support for other supervision, field operations, profit plan forecasting, and labor relations. Ensure objectives are met with regards to labor and material issuance. He also served as Territory Manager, overseeing maintenance in the Minnesota area, and Maintenance Supervisor/Examiner responsible for service operations in the Nebraska and Western Iowa area.
