Tokyo International Forum

The Tokyo International Forum, in the heart of Marunouchi, includes two theaters (one of which is among the largest in the world); numerous conference rooms; and more than 6,000 sq. meters of exhibition space; as well as restaurants, shops and other amenities.

The 4 block-like buildings containing the exhibition space and theaters are separated by a public plaza from the main visual element of the project, a 60-meter high glass and steel hull-shaped atrium. The atrium and the other structures are linked by two levels of underground space and several above-ground glass-encased catwalks.
