VDA provided full consulting services through construction administration for the six (6) elevators in this multi-use project that is a key element of the revitalization of downtown New Brunswick.

Two (2) elevators serve four levels (35,000 sf) of office space; two (2) elevators serve the residential space on floors 5-23 (120 units of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments), and two (2) elevators serve the parking areas providing 90 spaces in the Church Street Parking Garage area, and 316 spaces in the Paterson Street Parking Garage area.
