Grand Rapids Art Museum
VDA provided consulting services through shop drawings services for four (4) hydraulic elevators and a dumbwaiter in a new 125,000 sq. ft. building at Monroe Center that serves as the new home of the Grand Rapids Art Museum. The building triples the size of the Museum’s existing gallery and exhibition space, and features a new family learning center, as well as expanded shops, cafe and an auditorium.
Our services were completed in 2004, the new building opened to the public October 2007.
