Fordham University School of Law

In 2011 construction began in Lincoln Center on Fordham University’s new 22-story Law School and Dormitory building. This new building was the focal point in the first phase of Forham University’s 15-year mater plan for its Lincoln Center Campus. Construction was officially completed in September 2014.

The 9 story law school includes lecture halls, conference and seminar rooms, 26 classrooms, two-story atrium, a trial court facility and a 90,000-volume law library. The 12-story dormitory houses 430 undergraduates with 5 integrated learning center suites, 130-seat dining hall and entertainment rooms.

VDA provided services from schematic design through construction administration for eight (8) elevators in the Law School, and four (4) elevators in the Dormitory housing situated above the law school.
