Executive Vice President/Principal
Mr. Olenick, who came on board in 1986 after serving as vice president and director of operations for a major elevator company, is principal-in-charge of field operations. He manages the field engineering staff in consultations for modernization, existing systems evaluation, maintenance quality control audits, and 3rd party witnessing of New York City mandated inspections/tests. He holds ASME certification as a Qualified Elevator Inspector Supervisor, is a member of the Board of Regents of the Elevator and Escalator Safety Foundation, lectures at New York University, and presents seminars for building management groups.
